Many webshops look graphically good, beautiful and sophisticated – yet it happens that visitors become uncertain, for example, because they cannot quickly find what they are looking for.
Is it familiar?
In such cases, the problem is often not that the product or service is bad, but that the website does not communicate clearly enough, there is too much stimulus, noise, visitors get lost in too many options.
Psychology calls this cognitive load, when the nervous system is overloaded and tired. Another important concept is decision uncertainty, when there are certain factors that do not help but complicate the decision, make the customer uncertain, or even hinder, frustrate them, which leads to leaving the site. In addition, it is important to check and increase the speed of the site, review the technical settings and the site structure. I will review all of these during the analysis.
There are times when we already have a ready-made website, a functioning webshop, but it’s not the best, it doesn’t work well, there are few customers, our profile has changed, or we ourselves have changed and therefore we would like to change our image.
